Huntington Hills is a residential neighbourhood in the North Central quadrant (NE and NW) of the city of Calgary. Centre Street runs through the community and divides the community to NE and NW. Traditionally NW homes in Huntington are typically valued more, but the community resale value has been strong in the recent few years. The community is bounded by 14th Street NW, Beddington Blvd, 64th Avenue and Deerfoot Trail. The connection to this community is strong because of the convenient access via Deerfoot Trail. 64th Avenue and Beddington Blvd are both great access points to Deerfoot that will connect you North/South. 14th Street also provides you with direct access to the downtown core if you prefer not to take the highway. Nosehill Park is the biggest park in the city of Calgary. It's a great place to walk your dog, bike, or beautiful views of the city.
