Lakeview is located in the SW portion of Calgary, just north of the Glenmore Reservoir. Just south of Glenmore Trail and Crowchild Trail. Schools that serve this area: Jennie Elliott School (K-6), and Bishop Pinkham School (7-9), Central Memorial High School is nearby in neighbouring North Glenmore Community. No Catholic Schools in this area but St. James School (K-9) is also in North Glenmore Community. Connect Charter School is located in this community, previously named, Calgary Science School, they cater to children going to grade 4-9, the wait list for this school going into grade 4 is over 400 students long.
